Information used for security and spam prevention
The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to help distinguish legitimate submissions from automated abuse. As part of that process, technical information such as your IP address, browser or user-agent information, the page hostname, and interaction signals may be processed by Google. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to reCAPTCHA.
Our contact API also uses limited technical request information for security, abuse prevention, rate limiting, troubleshooting, and service reliability.

Service providers
We use service providers to operate this website and process contact submissions. These currently include Microsoft Azure for website hosting, serverless processing, and email delivery through Azure Communication Services; Google reCAPTCHA for spam and abuse prevention; and Google Workspace for our business email. These providers process information under their own terms, privacy commitments, and service agreements.
Cookies and analytics
We do not currently use advertising trackers or general-purpose website analytics on this site. Google reCAPTCHA may use cookies or other technical signals as part of its security and fraud-prevention service.
How long we keep information
Contact submissions may be retained in our business email and related systems for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the inquiry, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, or protect our systems. We do not keep information longer than we reasonably need for those purposes.
Sharing of information
We do not sell contact-form submissions. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the website and communicate with you, or when disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or security, or respond to a lawful request.
Your choices
You can choose not to use the contact form and contact us directly by email or phone instead. If you want to ask about personal information you previously submitted through this website, request a correction, or request deletion where appropriate, contact us at contact@shotechnology.com.

This website is intended for business and professional audiences and is not directed to children.
